１．個人情報の定義

「個人情報」とは、個人情報保護法における「個人情報」を意味し、生存する個人に関する情報であって、次のいずれかに該当するものをいう。

（1）　当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別できるもの（他の情報と容易に照合することができ、それによって特定の個人を識別することができることとなるものを含む。）

（2）　個人識別符号が含まれるものをいう。

５．個人情報の第三者への開示

当社は、取得させていただいた個人情報は、ご本人の事前の同意なく第三者に対して開示することはありません。ただし、次の場合には、ご本人の事前の同意なく、取得した個人情報を開示できるものとします。

一旦当社にご提供いただいた個人情報について、利用を望まない場合や利用目的内での第三者への提供を望まない場合は、当社までお問い合わせください。

８．個人情報の訂正及び削除

（1）当社が保有する個人情報が真実でないときは、ご本人の請求により、個人情報の訂正及び削除を求めることができます。

（2）当社は、ご本人から前項の請求を受けた場合に、当該個人情報の訂正又は削除の決定をしたときは、当社が定める手続に従い当該個人情報の訂正又は削除を行った後、遅滞なくご本人に通知します。

  This app requests the following Google permissions to sync transaction data from Smaregi to Google Spreadsheets.

  This permission is limited to the currently open spreadsheet only and does not access any other spreadsheets.

  Required to set up and run automatic periodic updates of transaction data (trigger functionality).

  Required to display settings screens, authentication screens, and menus within the spreadsheet.

  [Connect to external services]

  Required to communicate with the Smaregi API and retrieve transaction data. This communication occurs only between your device and Smaregi's servers.

ユーザーデータの利用方法（How to use user data）

  本アプリは、スマレジの取引データをGoogleスプレッドシートに書き込む目的でのみユーザーデータを利用します。

  ユーザーがアドオンを有効にしているスプレッドシート以外のデータを取得・書き換えることはありません。

  This app uses user data solely to write transaction data from Smaregi to Google Spreadsheets.

  Data from spreadsheets where the user has not enabled the add-on will not be retrieved or modified.

ユーザーデータの保存方法（How to store user data）

  本アプリは、スマレジ契約IDおよびユーザー設定をGoogleのインフラストラクチャ内（ドキュメントプロパティ、ユーザープロパティ）に保存します。

  当社のサーバーにユーザーデータを保存することはありません。

  This app stores Smaregi contract ID and user settings within Google's infrastructure (document properties, user properties).

  No user data is stored on our servers.

ユーザーデータの外部共有について（Share user data externally）

  ユーザーデータを第三者に共有することはありません。

  本アプリはスマレジAPIと通信しますが、これは取引データの取得のみを目的としており、スプレッドシート内のデータが外部に送信されることはありません。

  User data is not shared with third parties.

  This app communicates with the Smaregi API solely to retrieve transaction data. Data within the spreadsheet is never transmitted externally.
